Branch Manager

• You run your store with clarity and calm: A clear vision, well-defined priorities and regular adjustments. Even when the pace quickens, the course is maintained with solid performance.
• You take a step back on the results: Indicators are closely monitored, discrepancies quickly identified and understood. Concrete actions are implemented with the team to improve results.
• You care for the in-store experience: A welcoming, clear and pleasant space. Product availability is ensured to encourage customers to return.
• You grow your team daily: Support, encouragement and progression for each member. Simple rituals establish a collective energy, focused on success and pride in a job well done.
• You encourage initiatives: Ideas are listened to, trust is given and autonomy encouraged. The team dares to propose, test and evolve practices.
• You set a solid and reassuring framework: Standards and safety are respected, Migros standards are embodied daily. Demands are combined with simplicity for an efficient organisation.

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, ES)
• Specialisation: or significant experience in a managerial position within our cooperative.
• Professional experience: 5 years of experience in retail in Switzerland with team management.
• Field leader: Active presence in store, ability to organise, decide and advance operations. Mobilises the team daily and establishes a clear work rhythm to achieve objectives.
• Numerical proficiency and action-oriented: Monitoring indicators, quickly identifying discrepancies and implementing concrete actions. Ability to improve performance with simple and effective levers.
• Strong customer orientation: Field observation, adapting the offer and organisation to guarantee a smooth, practical and pleasant in-store experience.
• French (B2)
