To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Breakfast Chef de Rang 60% (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You ensure the setup of the breakfast room: buffet, tables, equipment and products.
- You coordinate with the kitchen the preparation and service of hot products, special orders and à la carte dishes.
- You ensure cleanliness, room setting and product availability throughout the service.
- You warmly welcome guests, accompany them to their table and present the breakfast offer.
- You listen to each guest's needs and take into account specific diets, allergies and preferences.
- You handle special requests efficiently, discreetly and courteously to guarantee a quality guest experience.
Profile sought
- You have proven experience in catering, ideally in breakfast service in a hotel or restaurant.
- You master service techniques, including buffet, plated service and beverage service.
- You know hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) and apply them daily.
- You have a good level of French and professional English is required. Mastery of other languages is an asset.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and place great importance on guest satisfaction.
- You are dynamic, responsive and adaptable.
- You have an excellent appearance and adopt a professional, smiling and neat attitude.
