Head of Technology and Automation 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Leading the electrical maintenance and automation team including deployment and absence planning as well as training and on-call organisation

• Responsibility for all electrical systems and installations in the operation including ensuring smooth technical operations, troubleshooting and maintenance

• Planning, controlling and implementing technical projects (new construction & operation) as well as organising and coordinating external suppliers, fitters and service providers

• Responsibility for budget, investments and repairs in the technical area as well as acceptance of systems, deliveries and technical trades

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, occupational safety and hygiene as well as representing the technology department in internal and external meetings

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training in the field of electrical or automation with further education in electrical engineering, systems engineering or automation

• Operating electrician permit according to NIV Art. 13 (mandatory)

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable technical function

• Sound knowledge in operational maintenance as well as in the field of automation

• Experience in leading and implementing technical projects (ideally new construction/commissioning)

• Business management understanding as well as experience in budget and investment management

• Strong leadership personality with assertiveness and networked thinking
