• As a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind the financial management of several corporate divisions in close collaboration with the responsible business managers regarding business management questions and decisions. This includes shared responsibility with the business and active involvement in the roadmap, projects, and risk management.
• You shape the financial future of the corporate divisions by developing consistent and reliable financial plans for the latest estimate, the budget, and the medium-term corporate planning.
• You take on a key role in achieving financial targets by providing management with well-founded decision-making bases, performance evaluations, and proactive proposals for measures.
• You embody a sustainable performance management culture by conducting constructive-critical dialogues on an equal footing with the business managers and optimising the necessary financial control instruments.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have a confident demeanour to diplomatically but clearly represent and implement the interests of finance and possess good communication skills at various hierarchy levels up to executive management.
• Your high solution and ambitious implementation orientation is combined with great flexibility and resilience.
• You have at least 5 years of controlling/finance or consulting experience, ideally in performance management. Initial leadership experience and knowledge of SAP-FI/CO are advantageous.
• We require a degree in economics (university of applied sciences or equivalent) with a focus on finance & controlling, business administration, strategy, or an equivalent further education.
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing (level C2); good English skills and another national language are advantageous.
