Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Support and processing of international customer orders throughout the entire delivery process
Processing of order confirmations, shipping documents, invoices, and other commercial documents
Preparation of necessary customs documents such as certificates of origin and certificates
Coordination of delivery dates and liaison with internal departments and external transport partners
Ensuring correct shipping preparation taking customer requirements into account
Handling daily communication with international business partners
Assisting in ensuring efficient and timely export logistics
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
Additional training in export is an advantage
Solid experience in international order processing and logistics
Confident use of ERP systems, ideally SAP
High accuracy, initiative, and strong customer orientation
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
