CNC Setter (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience as a setter in watchmaking, microtechnology or precision machining
• Good proficiency in reading plans and control methods
• Knowledge of CNC environments
• Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented person
• Ability to intervene quickly in case of production drift
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility

• Ensure the settings and start-up of CNC production equipment
• Guarantee the start and monitoring of series in compliance with quality requirements
• Carry out series changes and necessary machining corrections
• Perform dimensional checks during manufacturing
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes
• Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment
• Collaborate closely with production, quality control and methods
