How does SRG ensure that its data governance projects are implemented within the given deadlines, and that progress, data quality and compliance are transparent at all times? As part of this transformation, we are establishing enterprise-wide data governance that precisely meets these requirements. Within the data governance manager's team, you are the methodological pillar responsible for planning, steering and monitoring our governance initiatives and, through thorough business analysis, you ensure that decisions are made based on reliable data.

Senior Project Manager (Data Governance)
Your mission
- You manage projects and programmes related to governance and actively participate in their implementation
- You identify, document and prepare requirements for data governance initiatives and projects
- You develop and update key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and reports to monitor data quality, policy compliance and governance progress
- You provide support during governance controls and participate in audits
- You coordinate data quality rules and their measurement across all domains and ensure audit readiness
- You prepare analyses and decision-making bases for the data governance manager and the Data Governance Council
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent training, as well as solid experience in business analysis methods and project/programme management (traditional and/or agile)
- Analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach; proficiency in data, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in interdisciplinary and cross-functional contexts
- Basic understanding of data management, strategy and governance. Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK is an advantage, as is a CDMP certification
- Very good language skills at C1 level in one national language, as well as German and French at least at B1 level, and English at B1 level
