Main Mission(s)
Manage the integrated management system of SiL (IMS) by conducting the management review and participating in maintaining certifications according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and QSC standards
Supervise the management of strategic and operational risks as well as IMS indicators, monitor the evolution of ISO standards
Supervise and manage internal audits and improve the quality and environmental system
Advise the SiL management in implementing the governance process
Lead and coordinate the various activities of the division
Manage a small team of 4 specialists
Participate in various projects (process redesign, continuous improvement, etc.)
Profile
University Master’s degree preferably in a technical field or equivalent qualification
CAS in the environmental field or in quality management
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in managing a quality system in an industrial company
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in team management
Initiative and analytical mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of cooperation
Leadership, personal commitment, flexibility and a global vision
Proficiency in MS Office tools and specialised software
