Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the precise preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Correct VAT accounting is also part of your duties, as well as monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- In addition to your main tasks, you support the team with project work and take on various administrative tasks
- As deputy finance manager of the sister companies of HKAG, you represent the interests of the company and ensure smooth operations in the absence of the finance management
- You act as an interface to internal departments as well as external partners and maintain effective collaboration to ensure the financial integrity of the company
Qualifications:
- You have a solid further education as a specialist in finance and accounting, deepening your skills in accounting
- With more than 5 years of experience in accounting, you bring solid expertise complemented by initial leadership experience, enabling you to confidently handle even complex tasks
- Your knowledge in payroll accounting and social security completes your profile and makes you a versatile finance professional
- Thanks to your strong affinity for IT systems and your expertise in MS Dynamics F&O as well as excellent Excel skills, you are able to work efficiently and precisely
- As a resilient, dynamic and team-oriented personality, you convince through reliability, accuracy and the ability to act independently. Your very good German skills as well as good French and English skills complete your profile and facilitate communication in a multilingual environment
