Responsibilities:
- You take co-responsibility for the operation, maintenance and further development of the Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, DNS, PKI, SQL, M365 and Azure environments.
- In this role, you develop concepts for infrastructure expansion, cloud solutions, new services and optimisations together with internal and external partners and implement them in projects.
- You support digital transformation initiatives through technical expert advice and take on partial or full project management depending on the project.
- As the IT systems engineering responsible person, you package and distribute software using the PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit and create the associated installation manuals.
- You plan, install, configure and maintain programmes, core and specialised applications and actively participate in the training of apprentices.
- In this role, you support the support team in troubleshooting at 3rd-level and contribute actively to the commIT team.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment
- Strong team skills, motivation, independence, openness and a quick grasp
- Very good knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, M365, Azure Services, Windows Servers and software packaging
- High willingness to learn and interest in continuously familiarising yourself with new technologies
- Experience in ICT and cloud automation
- Flexibility and willingness for occasional work assignments outside regular hours
