Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f) 60-100%

For a well-established fiduciary company in the Lenzburg area, we are looking for a competent specialist. Succession planning for the company owner.

Your Tasks

• Managing mandate accounting (financial accounting including VAT returns / payroll accounting including social security declarations)
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Review of tax returns for individuals and legal entities as well as preparation of complex tax returns
• Consulting and support of very diverse mandates on financial, business management and tax law issues
• Possibility to take over or support limited audit mandates
• Personal and professional leadership of team members as well as promotion of their development

Our Requirements

• Several years of fiduciary experience
• Federal diploma in fiduciary services or fiduciary expert
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Clean, efficient and precise working style
• Communicative personality
• Confident and polished appearance towards business partners
