Job Description
You are interested in team leadership, sensitive to issues in the field of specialised education, and wish to support children and young people facing difficulties within the Vaud education system. Join us to strengthen our team in Coppet and Crassier!
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a team, develop staff skills and promote multidisciplinary teamwork. Participate in regional management and enforce decisions.
- Support the school’s educational mission by providing specific skills and knowledge within the institution. Provide targeted assistance to schoolchildren and adolescents experiencing emotional, relational, learning, behavioural or integration difficulties to promote their development and social, educational and professional integration.
- Collaborate with parents, school stakeholders and other involved parties, contributing specific knowledge in relational, learning, behavioural or developmental areas to enable actions or adjustments in the school context for the benefit of the child or group of children in difficulty.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology and postgraduate qualification in psychology required (specialisation in child and adolescent, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or neuropsychology).
- Certified additional training in psychology (min. 15 ECTS credits) or non-certified additional training in the relevant field (equivalent in scope to certified training) validated by the service, or a qualification in a related field (education, psychology, sociology, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, interest in multidisciplinary and group work. Training in team leadership is desirable.
