Who are we? Founded in 2005 and located north of the town of Nyon, the Crèche des Fontaines Foundation oversees two preschool care structures: Crèche des Fontaines and Crèche Brin de Vie. Our daily work is guided by fundamental principles: respect, empathy, tolerance and ethics. Placing the child at the centre of our practice, we are actively committed to inclusion and equal opportunities. To support our teams in facing the challenges of inclusion and to strengthen the quality of our care, we are offering this key, mobile and innovative position.
Your mission: This position forms a dynamic link between our groups. Without hierarchical function, you act as a privileged partner on the ground. Your main mission is to support, advise and equip educational teams in managing complex situations and welcoming children with specific needs. Thanks to your external perspective, you help teams to take a step back from practices and identify needs. You also facilitate the sharing and pooling of inclusive skills within the institution.
Your main responsibilities: - Observations: analyse group dynamics, interactions and the organisation of spaces to identify levers for improvement. - Reflective practice: intervene in discussions around concrete situations to help teams take a step back, decode children’s behaviours and adjust educational action. - Field support: take charge of children and support teams during complex moments. - Educational tools: create visual aids and adapted observation tools. - Inclusion: develop tools for the accessibility of each child. - Collaboration: work closely with Management to ensure follow-up of the pilot project and report institutional needs.
Your profile: - Training: Bachelor of Science in Social Work (social education option) or equivalent qualification. - Experience: minimum 8 years with children (0-5 years).
- Professional skills: excellent adaptability, strong observation and analytical skills, individual and collective reflective stance, and ability to manage specific situations. - Interpersonal skills: well-developed collaborative spirit, ease in integrating quickly within different teams while maintaining the necessary distance and neutrality for the role. - Knowledge: solid foundations in concepts of inclusion, self-determination, good treatment and good command of the legal framework for early childhood. Continuing education on various childhood disorders (autism spectrum disorders, language disorders, behavioural disorders, etc.) is an asset.
What we offer: - A unique, rich and stimulating transversal role, at the crossroads of practice and pedagogical theory. - The opportunity to structure an innovative pilot project in preschool inclusion. - A committed working environment with strong human values. - A dynamic and caring work environment. - Salary and contractual conditions according to the applicable framework.
