Role:
IT services work best when technical know-how, clear processes, and a good understanding of customer needs come together. In this role, you take on a central position between the customer, IT operations, and technical specialists, ensuring that services function reliably and are continuously developed.
Responsibilities:
You provide comprehensive support to customers around client, server, and application environments and are their central contact for ITSM questions
You coordinate the operation of existing services and accompany their technical and organisational further development
You work together with customers on projects and new service offerings and ensure clean implementation
You support process owners in the further development of IT service management processes
You take on technical cases in 2nd-level support, analyse faults, and find sustainable solutions
You proactively monitor IT systems and respond early to anomalies or potential operational risks
You coordinate collaboration with specialised technology teams in more complex faults
You keep technical documentation, operational documents, and instructions up to date
If suitable, you can additionally take on leadership responsibility as Teamleader IT
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in IT service management or IT operations
You understand customer requirements and combine service orientation with your own technical hands-on mentality
You bring solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment, especially with servers, Active Directory, cloud services, and Windows clients
You have experience with backup and restore solutions and the associated operational processes
Ideally, you have training or further education in computer science, for example at higher vocational level (HF)
Ideally, you hold an ITIL certification, but this is not a prerequisite
You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and place great value on high quality
You enjoy continuously expanding your technical knowledge
You communicate very well in German and have good English skills
