Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and accompany them to their table.
• Ensure impeccable service while respecting quality standards.
• Take orders and advise customers on dishes and drinks.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee smooth and swift service.
• Supervise and train junior waiting staff if necessary.
• Handle customer requests and any complaints professionally.
• Ensure the setup, cleaning of the dining room, and the smooth running of the service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar position.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of French; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for gastronomy.
