IT Service Desk Agent (m/f/d)

Analysis of complex legal issues related to digital services and preparation for strategic decision-making processes
Contract review and negotiation with a focus on data protection, information security and digital sovereignty
Coordination of external legal experts as well as ensuring quality and goal orientation of the reports
Co-design of legal frameworks and legal support of political processes through precise statements
Active contribution to a legally compliant and future-oriented digital transformation
Qualifications:
Experience in IT support or service desk with broad technical all-round knowledge
High customer orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
Analytical and structured working style as well as independent problem-solving skills
Sense of responsibility and mobility thanks to driving licence category B and impeccable reputation
Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
