Job Description
As a specialised case manager, you independently ensure the follow-up of cases related to PES (Standardised Evaluation Procedure).
You also independently manage cases related to integration support services in collective day care centres (AILA).
Furthermore, you collaborate in managing the files of beneficiaries of specialised pedagogy by participating in correspondence management (handling mail and emails, drafting letters, etc.), the telephone switchboard, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Finally, you support, advise and inform the actors, colleagues and partners of specialised pedagogy.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and independently ensure the management and follow-up of assigned cases related to the activity areas of OSPES (specialised education, home teaching, allophony-migration);
Analyse and process requests from institutions, beneficiaries, providers, various partners and colleagues within your area of activity in liaison with your hierarchy;
Participate in the administrative development of OSPES, notably improving methods and procedures implemented in your area of activity;
Manage the administration of the cantonal specialised pedagogy establishment;
Ensure transversal administrative tasks of OSPES.

Qualifications
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification required;
5 years of experience in case management and 3 years of professional practice in managing complex cases;
Autonomy, adaptability and priority management skills, rigour, prioritisation and anticipation skills, responsiveness;
Planning and organisational skills, analytical and synthesis skills. Good writing skills. Respect for standards and procedures, public service ethics;
Good knowledge of the Vaud school system and its institutions.
