CMMS Business Analyst

About the job

Your mission

You will join a team responsible for the support, operation and development of a CMMS solution in a complex technical and industrial environment. Acting as the interface between business units, IT and software vendors, you will contribute to optimising maintenance processes, data quality and solution performance.

You will:

• Provide support and functional administration of the CMMS, including incident management, user management, authorisations and configuration.
• Analyse and formalise business requirements and manage functional developments of the solution in collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Structure and secure maintenance data, including equipment, items, stocks, technical references and maintenance plans.
• Optimise and develop maintenance processes, supporting their digitalisation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in CMMS development projects, including migrations, version upgrades, interfaces and new features.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance and validation and monitor issues with vendors and various stakeholders.
• Support internal and external users through support, training, documentation and change management.
• Contribute to the development of reporting and BI solutions related to maintenance activities.

Profile sought

• Higher education in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent field.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
• Proven experience in CMMS, ideally with CARL Software and/or ServiceNow.
• Strong experience in application support and functional administration.
• Good knowledge of databases and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with BI / reporting tools, notably BIRT, SAP BusinessObjects WEBI or Power BI.
• Experience in project management and workshop facilitation with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate various stakeholders: business, IT, vendors and suppliers.
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment is an advantage.
