Project Manager Ventilation & Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Role:
Our client is an established engineering and planning company for building and energy technology. You will be responsible for diverse ventilation projects across all project phases, combining technical planning with coordination, site management and economic project control.
Responsibilities:
Manage ventilation projects from planning to acceptance
Develop technical concepts and planning solutions
Be responsible for tenders, awards and offer comparisons
Coordinate specialist planners and project staff
Control deadlines, costs and execution quality
Attend site meetings, acceptances and quality controls
Qualifications:
Further training as a HF technician in building services engineering or studies in the HVAC field
Solid experience in ventilation planning
Know-how in tendering, awarding and construction execution
Experience in project and cost management
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Confident manner and strong communication skills
