Junior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of IT projects as well as installation and configuration of servers, clients, and peripherals at customers
Support of customer environments in remote and on-site support including analysis and resolution of technical issues
Administration, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of the IT infrastructure
Proactive identification of problems and implementation of appropriate optimisation and prevention measures
Personal support of customers as the central contact person for IT requirements and technical concerns
Qualifications:
Practical experience in IT administration and support of customer infrastructures
Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment as well as experience with VMware and Hyper-V
Experience in installation, system administration, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong customer focus
Very good German and English skills as well as a driving licence category B
