IT Infrastructure Administrator (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF87,000 - 112,000Role:
An experienced individual is sought for a versatile IT environment who, in addition to daily support, also takes responsibility for systems, infrastructure, and their further development. The position combines IT support, system administration, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and Google Workspace with exciting projects around digitalisation and IT security.
Responsibilities:
Management of user accounts and permissions with Active Directory, cloud services, and Google Workspace
Monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation of server, network, and IT infrastructures
Collaboration with external IT partners in operation, support, and further development
Evaluation, procurement, setup, and rollout of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Management of software licences and hardware lifecycle
Support with IT security measures and raising employee awareness
First-level support for employees on hardware and software issues
Introduction of new employees to IT systems and digital tools
Participation in IT projects and further development of digital collaboration with Google Workspace
Qualifications:
Completed training as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable IT environment
Solid experience in IT support as well as client/server architectures and Windows
Good knowledge of Active Directory and user administration
Experience with Google Workspace and basic networking knowledge is an advantage
Independent, solution- and service-oriented working style
Communicative personality with a calm and considered approach
Willingness for continuous professional development
Fluent German skills
