The BÂLE HOTELS GROUP unites six hotels and two conference centres under one roof, representing hospitality, utmost comfort, and a passion for gastronomy. The charming, stylish Boutique Hotel "Märthof" at the Market Square with 68 unique rooms was opened in July 2021, in the best location in the heart of Basel's historic old town with views over the Market Square. The lively "Brasserie Bohemia" with boulevard café directly on the Market Square, first-class event facilities for up to 40 people, and a panoramic roof terrace for our hotel guests demonstrate the diversity of the house, entirely in line with our motto "Savoir vivre in the heart of Basel".

Service Specialist - Boutique Hotel Märthof
Responsibilities
- Proper and professional guest care
- Co-responsible for smooth service operations
- Competent management of a station including cash handling
- Provision of the required mise-en-place
- Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness guidelines
- Assignments in à la carte and banquet areas
Requirements
- Completed training in hospitality, preferably in the restaurant sector
- Experience in à la carte service
- Fluent German and English, good French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Warm, charming hosts, enthusiastic and motivated
- High commitment, initiative, and reliability
