New perspectives in acute medicine Due to the success of the pilot project in Laufental, the hospital at home service in the canton of Basel-Landschaft is to be further expanded. To implement this, we need you as a qualified nurse specialist in our interprofessional team. In hospital at home, patients are treated who would otherwise be cared for in a conventional hospital bed due to an acute illness. Typical conditions treated in hospital at home include pneumonia, erysipelas, or pyelonephritis. But also patients who have an acute deterioration of a chronic illness, for example decompensated heart failure, diverticulitis, or pain therapy, and who would normally be treated in a hospital bed, can now recover in their own bed at home – supported by the interprofessional hospital at home team. The experiences in Laufental show high patient satisfaction. At the same time, employees report high job satisfaction due to collaboration on equal footing within the team, holistic treatment of people in their own homes, and a strong sense of self-efficacy in daily work.

• Education: Completed training as a qualified nurse specialist
• Experience: Professional experience in inpatient medicine
• Patient care: Caring for and supporting patients is your passion; independent, flexible, and solution-oriented working style is important to you
• Soft skills: Commitment, curiosity, flexibility, and teamwork
• Pioneering spirit: Enjoyment in building up and shaping processes
• Further training: Willingness for continuous professional development and to take on responsibility in the development of the new project
