Our client is an established Swiss company in the field of elderly and nursing services, seamlessly combining outpatient and inpatient offerings. As one of the largest providers in the industry, it employs several thousand staff across Switzerland and stands for independent assisted living as well as comprehensive care at its locations. To strengthen the team in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed individual as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP.

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (m/f/d)

• Ensuring proper and professional resident care
• Application of the RAI-LTCF system in daily nursing practice
• Participation in diagnostic and therapeutic treatment steps
• Promotion of residents’ independence and autonomy
• Recognition and management of emergency situations
• Ensuring smooth information exchange with doctors and health insurers
• Management and supervision of the entire nursing process

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Alternatively qualification as DNI/II, AKP or PsyKP
• Experience with RAI-LTCF desirable
• Solid knowledge in palliative care and dementia
• Good oral and written German skills
• Independent, competent and team-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with elderly people
• Commitment to diverse nursing activities
• Additional qualification in RAI-LTCF advantageous
