You are responsible for the operation and further development of the ICT infrastructure with Windows Server, Windows clients, Exchange, VMware, SCCM and Veeam.
You ensure high service availability and take on monitoring, troubleshooting, installations and backups.
You lead ICT infrastructure projects and coordinate the integration of new hardware and software into the existing system landscape.
You develop and optimise processes in the relevant applications and systems and ensure structured documentation.
You support the 2nd-level support in incident, problem and change management and participate in maintenance and on-call duties.
Qualifications:
You have a higher technical education in computer science or a comparable qualification.
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures.
You have solid knowledge of VMware, Microsoft products, network technologies and HPE systems.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and have a good understanding of complex system landscapes.
