Secure digital access begins where identities, applications, and network accesses interact intelligently. We are looking for an experienced individual who masters modern IAM and web security solutions and technically advances highly available security architectures.
Responsibilities:
Design, implementation, and operation of modern identity and access management solutions
Development and enhancement of secure web application security architectures
Configuration and optimisation of web application firewalls including rule sets and security policies
Integration of single sign-on and multi-factor authentication into complex application landscapes
Implementation of federated identities with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
Securing APIs and web-based applications against current attack patterns
Analysis of security events, logs, and anomalies to detect potential attacks
Optimisation of security rules to reduce false positives while maintaining a high level of protection
Support in analysing and technically handling security incidents
Conducting vulnerability analyses and deriving appropriate measures
Responsibility for lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, and performance optimisation
Ensuring stable and highly available security services
Advising application managers and software engineers on the secure integration of new services
Close collaboration with security operations, infrastructure teams, and external technology partners
Participation in change, release, and service management processes
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, cyber security, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in operating and engineering security infrastructures
Solid practical experience with enterprise WAF solutions
Very good knowledge of identity & access management
Expertise in HTTP/S, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS
Confident handling of certificate management and public key infrastructures
In-depth knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations
Understanding of modern web architectures and application security
Experience in vulnerability management and security monitoring
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility and strong security affinity
Willingness for continuous development in the dynamic cyber security environment
