Independent planning and implementation of IT projects for private customers and small businesses - from the offer to commissioning
Installation and configuration of modern Microsoft client and cloud solutions including Microsoft 365
Setup and integration of network, WLAN, telephony and internet solutions on site at the customer
Technical advice and support for customers in selecting and implementing suitable IT and communication solutions
Handover of completed projects to support as well as independent coordination of several customer orders
Qualifications:
Experience in IT field service and independent implementation of technical customer projects
Good knowledge of Microsoft client, Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions
Basic understanding of network, WLAN, internet and VoIP/telephony
Strong customer and service orientation as well as independent and reliable working style
Very good German language skills, high IT affinity and driving licence category B
