Responsibilities:

  • Development, programming and commissioning of PLC controls (preferably Siemens S7, TIA Portal or similar systems) for automated plants and machines
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of automation solutions
  • Conducting fault analyses and optimisation of existing control systems
  • Support in the integration of new automation technologies and processes
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Close collaboration with other departments such as mechanics, electrical engineering and maintenance
  • Technical support throughout the entire project process, from planning to commissioning

    • Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in programming and commissioning PLC controls (ideally Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
  • Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation and control technology
  • Knowledge of drive technology and associated interfaces (Profinet, Profibus, etc.)
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and analytical thinking skills
  • Teamwork, initiative and strong communication skills
  • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
