Introduction
For our client, we are looking for a committed individual as Clerk Finance and Accounting (a) 40-60%. In this role, you will be part of a small, professional finance team and together ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping. The start date is immediate or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Management of general and subsidiary ledgers
- Accounts receivable management including dunning
- Accounts payable and payment transactions
- Processing of bank and cash vouchers
- Assistance with financial statements
- Settlement of credit card transactions
Profile
- Further training as a clerk in accounting
- Practical experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an SME
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Team-oriented personality with a strong service mindset
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
