- Participation in the implementation of smaller and larger customer projects and assignments
- Independent analysis and resolution of faults and handling of minor assignments remotely and on-site at customers
- You ensure smooth operation of the systems
- 1st/2nd level support
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft product range
- Experience in building and operating cloud infrastructures is an advantage
- Great interest in new technologies
- Ambitious and motivated personality
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

Tasks
- Operation and maintenance of client, server, and network infrastructure in the Microsoft environment- Participation in the implementation of smaller and larger customer projects and assignments
- Independent analysis and resolution of faults and handling of minor assignments remotely and on-site at customers

Profile
- Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft product range
- Experience in building and operating cloud infrastructures is an advantage
- Great interest in new technologies
