Requirements Profile

You take pleasure in demonstrating your leadership strength, organisational talent, and communication skills daily, as well as approaching tasks in a solution-oriented manner.
You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional HF and have proven leadership experience. You are interested in contributing to an organisation that continuously develops, especially in the area of digitalisation.

Tasks

You will assume personnel, professional, and administrative/organisational responsibility for a team of around 50 employees. Together with your team, you ensure the needs-based, economical, and effective care and support of clients. You guarantee collaboration with all relevant external persons and agencies such as relatives, general practitioners, or health insurers.
