Specialist in Rescue and Disaster Management 60%
Exciting tasks await:
- Analysis of existing concepts, logistics solutions and interfaces to SNZ 144 as well as partner organisations to identify and prioritise supply gaps
- Development of a scalable target concept with clear roles, leadership structures and practical processes for medical emergency preparedness in major events
- Digitisation and automation of manual processes using Microsoft 365 and specialist solutions including definition of requirements, data protection and fallback levels
- Needs assessment, support and sustainable management planning for material, storage and logistics procurement
- Coordination of all stakeholders via specialist groups and workshops, preparation of departmental reports and participation in inter-cantonal committees
What you bring:
- Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences or university in a relevant field or qualification from a higher technical school with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, healthcare, rescue services, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
- Several years of experience in project and process management, organisational development or in the development of complex concepts
- Practical experience in public administration as well as in safety-critical areas such as healthcare and rescue services or civil protection
- Know-how in procurement projects, material management, logistics or technical system implementations
- Strong coordination and communication skills, negotiation skills and confident appearance towards professionals, leadership bodies and external partners
