Your tasks – our position
- Personal reception of patients in patient admission (open Mon-Sun)
- Administrative admission, creation of documents and processing of patient data
- Ensuring a complete cost guarantee (clarification of insurance conditions)
- Co-designing processes and optimising workflows
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration (including nursing, doctors, security service)
- Communication and coordination with internal professional groups
- Operation of communication media (e.g. telephone switchboard)
Your skills – our requirements
- Commercial basic training, training in nursing or as a medical practice assistant, medical or hospital secretary
- Several years of professional experience in a nursing or commercial role in healthcare
- Team-oriented, responsible, service-oriented personality with high social competence and pronounced quality awareness
- Willingness to work within normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge (at least level B2) of the other language
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
