• Shape digital development: You actively develop our website, contribute your ideas and represent the Environmental Division in the department-wide expert committee for online communication
• Drive the hub: You are an important contact point of our division, coordinate diverse concerns and ensure together with the team that customer issues are handled and the administrative daily routine runs smoothly
• Organise and enable: You take care of versatile administrative and organisational core tasks – from mail and dispatch to meeting organisation and document management, so that daily business runs smoothly
• Keep an eye on numbers: You take on tasks in accounts payable and receivable, ensure reliable processes around invoices and billing, and act as the central interface to the department’s accounting division
• Think ahead and develop further: You recognise potential for improvement, contribute your ideas and help us shape efficient and increasingly digital workflows

What you bring:

• Commercial foundation: You have completed a commercial basic training and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Digital flair: You are confident in the digital working world, interested in new technologies and enjoy trying out and sensibly applying digital possibilities
• Organisational talent: You work independently, structured and reliably, set priorities and keep an overview even when various concerns come together simultaneously
• Service focus: You communicate appreciatively and appropriately for the audience, approach people openly and enjoy finding good solutions for internal and external customers
• Desire for development: You think along, constructively question the status quo and like to contribute to the team to further develop processes together
