CeRFI is strengthening its teams and recruiting several experienced IT support technicians who work in complex, demanding, and premium service-oriented professional environments.

IT Support Technician in Villars-sur-Glâne

Your role

Close to the users, you ensure high-quality on-site support and/or direct customer support – with a strong service mindset and focus on customer satisfaction.

You work on incidents, service requests, and collaborative environments and maintain close contact with the IT teams, adhering to processes and service level agreements.

Your tasks

• User support (on-site support / meetings / collaborative environments)
• Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of incidents
• Implementation of immediate workarounds and proactive risk reporting
• Management and tracking of tickets
• Contribution to service quality and the professional image of IT support

Your profile

• Proven experience in IT support
• Excellent knowledge of: Windows, iOS, macOS O365 and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) Meeting room environments (Logi, Poly, MTR …) Device management tools (Intune, Workspace ONE) Ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and professional demeanour
• Team spirit, accuracy, organisation, and priority management
• Resilience, responsibility, and task follow-up
• Native language: Swiss German
• Very good French skills (at least B2)
• Knowledge of ITIL
