System Engineer - Linux (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 100,000Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Role:
Your role involves creating and further developing concepts for operating a mixed Windows and Linux environment with virtual server and client systems.
The scope of tasks includes selecting hardware, system software as well as network and control components.
You are responsible for the design and optimisation of the productive operation of IT systems, including data backup, recovery/restart and the internal server infrastructure (Windows and Linux).
Analysing malfunctions and error states, initiating measures to resolve them and monitoring system loads are also part of the role.
Support in operational activities, especially in system administration, is also expected.
Responsibilities:
You have completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ)
Your experience in ICT engineering lies in the area of Linux systems, with comprehensive knowledge in managing and optimising Linux-based infrastructures
You bring solid knowledge of Windows systems to support a versatile IT infrastructure
Your German language skills are at a business fluent level
