Our client is an established Swiss company in the field of long-term care and support, dedicated to the high-quality care of elderly people. With a strong focus on resident-oriented care and a strong commitment to the continuous improvement of care quality, the company has positioned itself as a trusted partner in healthcare. To strengthen the care team at a location in the canton of Bern, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist EFZ.

FaGe on Late Shift 80-100

- Participation in the continuous development of care quality 

- Ensuring individual and holistic resident care daily 

- Early detection of health changes and precise documentation

- Empathetic communication with relatives as a competent contact person

- Active support in maintaining residents' existing abilities

- Involving residents in all care-relevant decision-making processes

- Contribution of innovative ideas to optimise existing work processes

- Completed health training EFZ or comparable recognised qualification - Several years of experience in caring for elderly people - Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form - Empathetic and appreciative attitude towards residents - Strong team spirit and collegial cooperation - Independent working style with high personal responsibility - Willingness for continuous professional development
