Our client operates a modern residential and care facility in the Emmental with 31 places for elderly people with care and support needs. The house is characterised by a family atmosphere, personal care and a dedicated team that values respectful interaction and individual support. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Health Care Specialist.

Temporary as a Health Care Specialist in the Emmental

- Accompanying medical consultations and supporting trainees - Responsibility for organisation and coordination in the nursing daily routine - Contact person for residents and family members on care issues - Holistic care and support of elderly people in need of care - Co-design and implementation of nursing processes and measures

- Completed training as a Health Care Specialist required - Independent and conscientious working style expected - Enthusiasm for working with elderly, care-dependent persons - Secure oral and written German skills required - Willingness to take on daily and process responsibility - Ability to communicate with residents and relatives - Competence in guiding auxiliary staff and trainees
