Trust Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 90,000Role:
As a trust accountant at our ROCKEN partner, you independently manage financial accounting and take on tasks in payroll processing as well as in the tax area. You assist with financial statements and annual accounts and ensure reliable administrative handling of mandates. In personal and telephone customer contact, you apply your expertise and service-oriented working style.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage financial accounting, post all business transactions, and reconcile accounts.
You oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable and handle dunning and deadline monitoring.
You prepare payroll accounting, payroll declarations, and VAT returns carefully and reliably.
You support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as the preparation of annual accounts.
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons together with the team.
General trust services and administrative tasks complement your area of responsibility.
You provide competent telephone information and welcome customers and other stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your foundation, ideally supplemented by further training in the trust or accounting sector.
You already have experience in the trust industry.
Knowledge in the tax area and property accounting is an advantage.
You are confident with MS Office and have experience with accounting software.
You complete your tasks independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
A friendly, professional demeanour and enjoyment of customer contact characterise you.
