Team Leader Network Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
You are responsible for the construction, maintenance and inspection of cable, overhead line and fibre optic networks. In this position, you independently implement network construction sites, coordinate assembly work and support your team in training apprentices as well as in on-call duty.
Responsibilities:
Construction, maintenance and inspection of cable, overhead line and fibre optic networks
Independent implementation of network construction sites, including organisation and execution of cable pulls involving assigned fitters
Assembly work in low and medium voltage networks as well as on fibre optic systems
Coordination of shutdowns and customer notifications
Material management and reporting
Support in the training of apprentices and collaboration with other teams
Participation in on-call duty as required
Qualifications:
Completed basic electrical engineering training EFZ, ideally as a network electrician
Certificate as Lead Network Fitter (VSE) is an advantage
Independent, efficient and precise working style with a high sense of responsibility
Commitment, flexibility and team orientation
Residence in St. Gallen or surrounding area
Category B driving licence
