Mission

Attached to the production team, you play an important role in the manufacture of high-precision components, notably by

• Adjustment & Preparation: Adjusting the various hot presses by relying on the reading of technical drawings to ensure the required quality level
  

• Assembly: Assembling moulds, carefully filling and levelling mixtures
  

• Quality Control: Rigorous inspection of parts coming out of the presses and monitoring tolerances
  

• Production Monitoring: Respecting production rates and deadlines to ensure smooth line flow
  

• Work Environment: Maintaining the workstation, equipment and tools according to internal procedures and safety rules
  

• Versatility: Performing ancillary operations such as powder coating and supporting other workshop tasks as needed
  

Profile

• Experience: First successful experience in a mechanical production environment.

• Know-how: Proven manual dexterity and experience handling fragile or precision parts.

• Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and basic computer knowledge.

• Personal qualities: Rigour, precision, method and very good personal organisation.

• Interpersonal skills: Team spirit, versatility, reliability and sense of responsibility.
