Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Responsibilities:
- Support project management in planning and implementing heating and cooling projects
- Preparation of schematics and submissions for project implementation
- Assistance with material procurement and coordination of suppliers
- Supervision of construction sites and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner
- Initial professional experience in building services or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in preparing various calculations, e.g. heat demand calculations, hydraulic calculations, etc.
- Confident use of common planning software, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit
