ERP Consultant ABACUS in the Fiduciary Sector (m/f/d)
As a larger business consulting, auditing, and tax advisory firm, our ROCKEN partner has been active in the classic areas of the industry since 1960.
At their office in Bern, they employ over 80 staff. Two-thirds of their employees hold a professional certificate or a higher professional diploma.
Role:
In this role, you will support clients in digitalising their fiduciary and accounting processes. You will implement ABACUS applications as required, assist with daily use, and contribute your accounting knowledge to the consulting process.
You will work in a varied environment where client contact, process optimisation, and digital solutions are closely linked. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise, design training sessions, and co-develop new services in the ABACUS area.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and supporting clients in the introduction and use of ABACUS software
Parameterisation and optimisation of applications for financial and payroll accounting processes
Handling support requests and assisting with technical issues
Supporting the expansion of the client base in the ABACUS business
Contributing to the optimisation and expansion of the service offering
Preparing and conducting user training sessions
Qualifications:
Practical experience in the fiduciary sector as well as good knowledge of financial and/or payroll accounting
Commercial basic training or business administration degree
Initial experience with ABACUS is an advantage or a strong willingness to learn the software
Interest in digital workflows and the further development of fiduciary solutions
Independent, solution-oriented, and customer-friendly working style
Communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with clients and colleagues
