Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Tax & Treasury Director and as part of a newly created position, you will bring your expertise to the Group to support it in managing complex tax issues in Switzerland and internationally.
In this context, your activities include:
- Advising the Group and its subsidiaries on all Swiss and international tax issues (corporate tax, direct and indirect taxes, VAT, etc.)
- Analysing the tax impacts of strategic projects, transactions, acquisitions, restructurings and business initiatives
- Participating in international projects by assessing tax risks and implications and supporting their implementation in different countries.
- Ensuring tax monitoring and evaluating the impacts of regulatory changes on the Group.
- Ensuring tax compliance through the control of deferred taxes, the effective tax rate and continuous improvement of processes, controls and documentation
- Contributing to the Group’s compliance (data collection, calculations, reporting and documentation) for OECD Pillar 2
- Transfer Pricing: participating in Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing documentation and monitoring of intra-group transactions.
- Providing support in managing tax audits, information requests and disputes
- Supporting HR, finance and legal teams on tax aspects in cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance
- You have at least 7 years of experience in taxation, transfer pricing or a similar field, gained in a company or consulting firm
- You have solid knowledge of corporate taxation, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar 2 and tax compliance
- You possess strong analytical, synthesis and data processing skills
- You demonstrate a real ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and to operate in an international and multicultural environment
- You are comfortable managing and coordinating cross-functional tax projects involving multiple functions and jurisdictions
- You know how to interact effectively with tax authorities, external advisors and various internal stakeholders, while contributing to the achievement of the Group’s objectives
- You are recognised for your rigour and your ability to maintain a robust tax control framework compliant with regulatory requirements
- You are fluent in French and English
