- Operation, monitoring, and provision of instances in a cloud-based access platform
- Administration and support of Linux and container-based system environments
- Commissioning, maintenance, and fault analysis of access systems on-site and remotely
- Support of server, network, and system infrastructures
- Technical support for partners in configuration, operation, and integration of systems
- Participation in projects as well as creation of technical documentation and service documents
- Setup and configuration of training and test systems
- Further training as an ICT Platform Development Specialist with a federal certificate or a diploma in IT HF is an advantage
- Experience in system administration and technical 2nd-level support
- Good knowledge of Linux and container-based cloud environments
- Broad know-how in server, network, and IT infrastructures
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and technical system integrations
- Independent and practical working style with enthusiasm for configuration and troubleshooting
- Fluent German skills (C2), very good English skills (B2), and any additional national language is a great advantage
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- 2nd-level support for system partners on technical application questions- Operation, monitoring, and provision of instances in a cloud-based access platform
- Administration and support of Linux and container-based system environments
- Commissioning, maintenance, and fault analysis of access systems on-site and remotely
- Support of server, network, and system infrastructures
- Technical support for partners in configuration, operation, and integration of systems
- Participation in projects as well as creation of technical documentation and service documents

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ specialising in platform development/system technology- Further training as an ICT Platform Development Specialist with a federal certificate or a diploma in IT HF is an advantage
- Experience in system administration and technical 2nd-level support
- Good knowledge of Linux and container-based cloud environments
- Broad know-how in server, network, and IT infrastructures
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and technical system integrations
