• You bear overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of IT projects in the area of HR applications (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, time tracking, recruiting, learning) as well as corporate service applications (e.g. finance, legal, facility management, collaboration tools)
• You proactively identify risks, dependencies and optimisation potentials along the end-to-end processes (hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay, record-to-report etc.)
• You work closely with HR, finance and corporate functions and translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions
• You manage internal and external partners (e.g. implementation partners, SaaS providers)
• You establish and further develop agile project and delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)
• You ensure high data quality, integration stability and user experience across system boundaries
• You communicate projects and stakeholders transparently up to management and board level
• You plan and conduct release, change and go-live activities including business readiness and adoption measures
• You continuously improve project methods, governance structures and toolsets
• You ensure compliance with compliance, data protection and security requirements (e.g. GDPR, SOX, audit requirements)

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience as an IT project manager in the field of HR IT and/or corporate service applications
• You have a very good understanding of HR and corporate processes as well as their IT representation and have experience with SaaS solutions, integration scenarios and complex stakeholder landscapes
• You have sound knowledge of agile and classical project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe) and apply them situationally
• You work hands-on, take high personal responsibility and convince with implementation strength as well as a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and communicate confidently with specialist departments, IT and management
• You think proactively ahead, drive topics independently and react flexibly to changes as well as transformation and digitalisation initiatives
