As Project Manager Autoinjectors, you take responsibility for demanding development and customer projects, ensuring they are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, manage subprojects, and create the foundation for sustainable success through efficient project organisation. You contribute your technical expertise, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your main tasks

• Leading demanding projects while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Clear and target-group-appropriate communication within project teams and with all relevant stakeholders
• Building, implementing, and continuously optimising an efficient project organisation
• Creating and maintaining a purposeful project plan according to project goals and customer requirements
• Coordinating and aligning the tasks and activities of subprojects
• Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and proactive management of projects
• Regular reporting on project progress

Your profile

• Completed education as an engineer FH/ETH/TU in medical technology, microtechnology, or mechanical engineering
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in medical technology, pharmaceutical industry, or plastics processing
• Additional training in business administration or project management is an advantage
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment in proactively driving topics forward
• Very good German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
