Role:

A modern workplace only works as well as the devices behind it. This is exactly where you come in as a Workplace Engineer: Intune & Microsoft 365, responsible for the Windows and mobile platform in the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. With Microsoft Intune, you design policies, deployments, and security standards according to your technical ideas. You consistently automate recurring processes. This creates a stable environment that all users can rely on.

Responsibilities:

• You investigate error patterns related to enrollment, software distribution, and client configuration in 2nd and 3rd level support. With root cause analyses, you find the actual cause.

• You package applications and deploy them automatically on all platforms via Intune.

• Additionally, you manage update rings as well as feature and quality updates to keep your client fleet current and secure.

• You continuously refine compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security settings for Windows, iOS, and Android.

• Using PowerShell scripts, you automate onboarding and offboarding, license assignments, and routine administrative tasks.

• You also support Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, implement migrations and lifecycle measures, and keep standards and documentation up to date.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in endpoint, workplace, or client engineering.

• You know Windows 10/11 inside out, as well as the services of Microsoft 365.

• You have already operated Mobile Device Management (MDM), MAM, and device enrollment productively and are familiar with Windows Autopilot from practice.

• Software packaging, Windows Update for Business, and patch management are part of your regular repertoire. You write PowerShell automations confidently.

• Furthermore, you mentally link endpoint management with identity and security and independently solve even tricky policy or update problems.

• You also tackle topics independently, enjoy sharing your knowledge within the team, and communicate fluently in German as well as confidently in English.
