Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as Project Manager Carpentry & Interior Fitting for consulting, design and independent handling of individual customer projects. You develop furnishing solutions, create design proposals, calculations and quotations and accompany orders from the initial idea to successful implementation. In doing so, you combine sound carpentry skills with interior fitting, work preparation and project management. The position is suitable for specialists who want to combine their technical experience with design and customer consulting.
Responsibilities:
Consulting private and business customers on interior fitting, furniture and carpentry solutions
Development of design, material and furnishing concepts taking into account technical and spatial requirements
Creation of drafts, execution details and technical planning documents
Independent preparation and calculation of quotations, cost estimates and change orders
Responsibility for order and project management from A to Z regarding quality, costs and deadlines
Execution of work preparation (AVOR) including material determination, procurement and production documents
Creation of workshop and installation plans for individual carpentry and interior fitting work
Coordination of interfaces between customers, planning, production, installation and external partners
Organisation of measurement, production, delivery and installation as well as monitoring of project deadlines
Supervision of execution and carrying out acceptances and quality controls
Maintenance and further development of existing customer, supplier and business partner relationships
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as a carpenter EFZ
Further training in project management, design, interior architecture or interior fitting or ongoing corresponding further education
Professional experience in carpentry, furniture making or interior fitting
Knowledge of work preparation, calculation, quotation and order processing
Experience with industry-standard CAD, planning or work preparation software is an advantage
Sound knowledge of materials, constructions, fittings and manufacturing techniques in interior fitting
