As part of the Groupe Haute Chocolaterie, we combine traditional craftsmanship with high standards of quality, hospitality, and service. For our Confiserie Brändli in Basel, we are looking for a committed, sales-strong, and experienced leader.

Your tasks

Leadership & Team Development: You lead, motivate, and develop your team and promote positive collaboration.Sales & Customer Experience: You inspire our customers with personal advice and high service quality.Revenue & Performance: You are responsible for sales targets, analyse key figures, and implement sales promotion measures.Organisation & Processes: You manage the boutique operations, staff deployment, as well as orders and inventory management.Product Presentation & Quality: You ensure attractive product presentation and compliance with quality and hygiene standards.Seasonal Highlights: You plan and accompany the peak season, especially Christmas and Easter.

Your profile

Several years of experience in retail, ideally in the premium food, confectionery, or chocolaterie sectorLeadership experience and enjoyment in promoting employeesStrong sales and customer orientation as well as understanding of business key figuresOrganisational talent, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented working stylePassion for high-quality products and appealing product presentationVery good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
